Robert (Bob) Wills, AIA, Principal

Attention to detail, a high-quality service approach and the desire to seek out the strongest possible solution are key elements of Bob’s successful 30-plus year career. His award-winning portfolio includes library/education centers, airport expansions, child development centers, a high-rise hotel, office buildings, as well as hundreds of capital projects for the Air Force, K-12 and Higher Education facilities, and other public entities.

Gary Bernardo, AIA, Principal

Along with his penchant for strong design and vision for successful masterplans, Gary provides consultant services specifically designed to assist developers such as entitlements, code review, feasibility studies and community presentations. Considered an expert in retail architecture and planning by regional developers, Gary’s diverse clients include corporate, commercial, industrial and civic entities as well as some of the biggest names in national and regional retail development.

Robert Pace, AIA, LEED® AP, Principal

Seeking the best possible solution through a process of refinement and study, Robert’s design solutions are aesthetically pleasing and provide effective uses of space. His strong team leadership and attention to detail allow Robert to manage every aspect of a project. LEED AP accredited, his Riverwalk Point Phase I project has garnered national attention and awards for sustainable, energy-efficient design.
